Nuclear Planner Scheduler

About the role:Jupiter, Florida, 33478

We are looking for a Nuclear Planner Scheduler on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The Nuclear Planner Scheduler is a critical role responsible for the strategic planning, sequencing/scheduling, and documentation of projects, and operational work within a nuclear power plant. This role interfaces with various plant departments to ensure the completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and operational schedules. Employees in this role will attend Site/ Fleet Online/Outage and other meetings, representing the department.

Location: Jupiter, Florida, 33478

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize projects activities for plant equipment and systems

• Create clear and concise work instructions that are sequenced in a logical, efficient manner

• Ensure work instructions are performed in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Review and interpret Engineering Change implementation requirements

• As required, conducts field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective issues, modification, and surveillance activities

• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and support departments on work instruction requirements

• Support required testing of updates to new and existing planning and scheduling applications

Qualifications:

• As required, supports all of the nuclear sites

• As required, takes on lead planner role

• Provides mentorship to junior planner schedulers

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
