Job Summary

Digital Mass is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle development, integration, and system architecture, with a deep understanding of Oracle's database and application capabilities and best practices. Responsibilities include leading project teams, designing and implementing solutions, conducting requirement analysis, and providing strategic guidance to optimize Oracle environments. The Senior Oracle Consultant will also mentor junior consultants, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on Oracle experience are essential.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Oracle with other systems using middleware and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Conduct data migration and consolidation while ensuring data integrity across Oracle environments.
  • Design and maintain system architecture that supports scalable, reliable Oracle solutions.
  • Build custom functionality within the Oracle database to support client business processes.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Oracle best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Mentor junior consultants, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Education, Experience, and Other Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with core Oracle applications such as Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Strong development skills across the languages commonly used with Oracle — Java (most common), along with Node.js, Python, and PHP.
  • Proficiency in SQL as the primary database language.
  • Experience with system integration involving Oracle.
  • Working knowledge of value sets and table structures.
  • Data consolidation experience.
  • System architecture experience.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion as the data pipeline and orchestration layer that holds and controls procedural jobs.
  • Experience leveraging middleware for integrations; at minimum, familiarity with common middleware tools and concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
