Position Overview

We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure all exterior cleaning projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee field crews on job sites
  • Coordinate scheduling and daily production targets
  • Ensure quality control across all services (window, gutter, siding cleaning, and interlock re-grouting)
  • Train and support team members to improve performance
  • Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain safety standards and proper job site procedures
  • Track job progress and report on production metrics

Compensation
