The client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft Office 365 Junior Systems Administrator to support the District's Microsoft 365 environment. The Junior Administrator will assist with the daily management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on providing responsive and effective end-user support.
Skills:
• Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). Required 3 Years
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office suite and account creation in AD and Entra ID. Required 3 Years
• Experience with Azure AD Connect. Required 3 Years
• Experience with managing Exchange and Active Directory permissions for user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and public folders. Required 3 Years
• Extensive experience with supporting MS Office suite 2010, 2013, and 2016 as well as Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11. Required 3 Years
• Troubleshooting Outlook client connectivity issues. Required 3 Years
