Position Overview

As our Junior Network Engineer, you'll support the operation and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. This includes assisting with the daily monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, VoIP, cloud infrastructure, and security systems across multiple locations. You'll contribute to our IT team's efforts to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable network services that power our business operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support Network Operations: Assist in maintaining and monitoring Palo Alto, Cisco, and Meraki-based network components to ensure performance, security, and availability.
  • Participate in Projects: Contribute to network-related projects under the guidance of senior engineers, helping with configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to support hardware and software solutions that improve the network.
  • Contribute to Cybersecurity: Support the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and policies under the direction of the IT Cybersecurity Committee.
  • Troubleshoot & Escalate: Help diagnose network issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff to ensure timely resolution.
