Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Router and switch support (Cisco environment)
Deploying new network devices
Responding to outages and troubleshooting issues
Handling tickets from users and NOC
General network support and field operations Required Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance
IAT II Certification (Security+ preferred/target)
OEM: CCST (this is waivable as well, they just need to get it within the first 6 months and complete 20 hours of training)
4 years of relevant experience
High School diploma minimum (Bachelor’s preferred but waivable)
Ability to work onsite full-time
