As a Bank Platform Transformation - Solution Architect - Manager, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance business performance within our clients' organizations. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will be part of our Integration and Platform Architecture team, focusing on creating architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes. Within our Core Banking Technology sector, you will work closely with clients in the Banking and Capital Markets industry, helping them optimize their technology infrastructure for improved business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications
- Creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of integration and platform architecture projects
- Utilizing technical proficiency in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to optimize technology infrastructure
- Overseeing the deployment of scalable data integration and virtualization solutions
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across integration architecture teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within integration frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance their contributions to client projects
- Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
