Position: Anaplan Developer – Level 3 Certified (Senior)

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Long Term Contract
 

Experience Level: Senior (5–10+ years)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Anaplan Developer (Level 3 Certified) to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Anaplan model architecture, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead complex implementations across finance, supply chain, and workforce planning domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Anaplan model development, including design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Architect scalable, high-performance Anaplan solutions following best practices (DISCO, PLANS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize existing models for performance, usability, and scalability
  • Manage data integrations using Anaplan Connect, APIs, ETL tools, and cloud platforms
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and model builders

Required Qualifications

  • Anaplan Level 3 Certified Model Builder (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Anaplan development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of multidimensional modeling concepts
  • Proven experience in at least one domain: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Workforce Planning
  • Expertise in Anaplan best practices (DISCO, PLANS, ALM, data hubs)
  • Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale Anaplan implementations
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience
