Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan / Pigment Architect to design, develop, and optimize enterprise planning models across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the US and India to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Pigment (or Anaplan) models that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Design & Development:
  • Architect, design, and build complex Pigment (and/or Anaplan) models for various business domains such as Finance (Revenue, COGS, COS, Long Range Planning, OPEX), Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Forecasting, Inventory Management), and Sales (Quota, Territory, Incentive Planning).
  • Ensure models are scalable, modular, and aligned with best practices in model-building standards.
  • Business Collaboration:
  • Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather and analyze planning requirements.
  • Translate business processes into efficient model structures, data flows, and calculation logic.
  • Collaborate with US and India delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Data Integration & Management:
  • Work with data engineering teams to connect Pigment/Anaplan models with enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse).
  • Establish and maintain data validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
  • Define and enforce model governance, documentation, version control, and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in model design, process efficiency, and automation.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Lead model testing, scenario validation, and user acceptance processes.
  • Provide post-deployment support and continuous enhancement of existing models.
  • Training & Support:
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior model builders or analysts on Pigment/Anaplan best practices.
