Backgrounds such as Onboard Specialist, Command Service Engineer, Pit Technician, MineStar Application Specialist, or similar mining technology roles are highly valued.**Field Support:** Proven experience providing field support and maintaining complex hardware and software systems. Demonstrated success supporting customers on-site and delivering solutions in fast-paced mining or industrial settings.**Problem Solving:** Demonstrated ability to independently anticipate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational, operational, technical, and process-related challenges, implementing effective solutions that minimize disruption and sustain safe, productive operations.**Communication skills:** Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work autonomously at customer sites while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts.
