This individual should have practical experience with all phases of the standard software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, unit & system testing, quality assurance testing as well as experience with business process transformation.  Experience designing and interfacing with SharePoint and web-based solutions are also valuable skills we’re seeking.

Required Skills: (10+ years)

·        Significant development experience in Java, particularly solving library and compatibility issues between versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

·        Strong SQL skills (HiCAMS uses a Sybase database but SQL skills in any database platform are acceptable)

·        Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical skills

·        Positive interpersonal skills coupled with an independent, self-motivated work ethic
