  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits, site calls, and virtual meetings to understand client needs, present solutions, and develop lasting relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Support the full sales process including needs assessment, product selection, quotation preparation, and order follow-through, with guidance from senior team members where required
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity within the company CRM and ERP systems
  • Develop a working knowledge of KACE Valves’ core product lines, including valve types, materials, sizing, and common industrial applications
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, Inside Sales, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and suppliers to meet customer requirements
  • Meet personal and team sales targets as established by the Director, Global Sales
  • Monitor local market developments and share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities with the sales team

  • Report activity, pipeline updates, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

  • Demonstrable customer-service experience, including data collection, basic product selection, quotation preparation, and customer communication related to industrial or technical products
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Comfortable working independently in the field while remaining aligned with team objectives and reporting requirements
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems for managing customer records and sales activities is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to continuously develop technical and industry knowledge
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate across functions and responsibility levels to help the organization succeed
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required; travel within the local and regional territory is expected, with up to 50% travel throughout the year

Preferred
