Job description

Job Title: Java SDET (3–7 Years) – Contract
Location: Omaha, NE
Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Java SDET with strong automation testing and software development experience.

Required Skills: 3–7 years of experience in Automation Testing / SDET roles, strong programming skills in Java, hands-on experience with automation and regression testing, experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and API testing, experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks, knowledge of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and backend validation, strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Software Design Principles, experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.), and exposure to frontend and backend application testing.

Preferred Skills: Experience with REST Assured, Cucumber, Playwright, or similar tools, and prior software development experience.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong automation background who can apply software engineering principles to build scalable and maintainable test solutions.
