Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in supporting and automatingJ2EE-based applications, particularly in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, application deployments, and scripting. This role requires close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure application delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for J2EE and enterprise applications.
  • Deploy, configure, and administer IBM WebSphere Application Server environments across development, testing, and production.
  • Automate application deployment, configuration management, and operational processes using scripting languages.
  • Manage and troubleshoot J2EE applications, application servers, middleware, and related infrastructure.
  • Support cloud migration initiatives and deployment of applications to cloud platforms.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions for provisioning and configuration management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release management and deployment processes.
