We are experiencing tremendous growth in all sectors including Renewables, Construction, Engineering, and Manufacturing. We are seeking motivated individuals targeting a career in recruiting and the staffing industry. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, smaller environment and able to successfully switch gears depending on needs (recruiting vs business development, direct hire vs contract). While working in the capacity of a Sourcing Specialist, you will gain valuable experience in what it takes to become a top producing professional in the staffing industry. Ultimately, those that are successful in the Sourcing Specialist role will have the opportunity to become a full lifecycle Recruiter or an Account Developer (Sales) here at System One where our producers have untapped commissions, competitive base salaries (no draw) and an amazing entrepreneurial culture. Responsibilities:

  • Post and publish job postings for open client roles
  • Source potential candidates for open/future roles and distribute candidate call lists to recruiters
  • Review job applicants applying for open positions and matching experience with the requirements of the open roles
  • Maintain/document candidate activity/progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure all pre-hire requirements are completed (references, background checks, etc.)
  • Cold calling, networking and developing new relationships with potential candidates through social media, job boards, and other marketing events
Requirements:
  • MS Office: Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical candidates
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Candidate interested in advancing to staffing sales or recruiting career
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
