Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret Clearance
Bachelors degree or associate degree +2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience
Role and Responsibilities:
Apply and train junior personnel in both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same.
Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.
Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.
