Overview
This position is responsible for delivering data-driven insights to support our international business strategy and working with business partners to identify opportunities to optimize performance across international products and markets. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions that inform decision-making, improve operational efficiency, enhance product capabilities and drive growth in diverse regions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights - Analyzes complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across international products and markets. Develops actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and business performance. Provides regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership.
Business Intelligence & Reporting - Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and visualization/reporting tools that provide actionable insights into international client activity, product usage, flows and revenue trends by analyzing client behavior, international product penetration, transaction flows, wallet expansion potential, and cross-product adoption patterns.
International Product, Jurisdictional and Go To Market Strategic Support - Partners with cross functional teams to understand market and product specific needs, challenges, and opportunities. Helps translate global strategy into targeted client strategies, pipeline opportunities, and measurable commercial outcomes. Support discussions with sales and product leadership to advocate for the ideation, development and commercialization of global and cross-border solutions,
Stakeholder/Leadership Collaboration - Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and data teams. Support leadership with presentations, forecasting, and strategic planning. Serve as connective tissue between internal stakeholders, client feedback loops, and market intelligence to help shape the evolution of cross-product initiatives and the international solutions roadmap.
Data Management & Tools - Develop and maintain data models where applicable and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across regions. Work with large datasets from multiple sources across the enterprise.
Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance BI capabilities, tools, and processes. Stay up to date on industry trends in analytics, data visualizations, AI, global markets and mentor junior analysts and support team development.

• Exposure to FX, cross-border payments, liquidity, trade finance, treasury management, or international banking.
• CTP, CertICM, CFA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree/certification.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
