Learn to Skate Lead Instructor
Wage: $14 - $18 per hour
The Learn to Skate Lead Instructor is responsible for teaching basic skating skills to children, ages 3 and older. Employees within this job classifications must work very well with primary ages, have the ability to monitor the teaching skills and styles of their junior instructors, and have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with the participants' parents. The Lead Instructor is required to ensure the program is delivered as intended by management and that it meets participant expectations. The instructor must take responsibility for all happenings within a session.
Learn to Skate Junior Instructor
Wage: $11.50 - $13 per hour
The Learn to Skate Junior Instructor is responsible for assisting the Lead Instructor in teaching children ages 3 and older basic skating skills. Junior Instructors must be able to help monitor participants skills.
Typical Qualifications
Learn to Skate Lead Instructor
* Must be 18 years or older
* Knowledge of skate fundamentals
* Able to present themselves professionally and communicate appropriately with all customers and staff members
* Able to work and train on ice conditions

* Enjoy working with children of all ages
* Ability to assist leads in teaching the Learn to Skate curriculum (based on US Figure Skating USA model)
