Position Overview
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Graphic Designer for a 3-month contract to assist with design projects by creating and revising visual materials under guidance. This role involves supporting internal teams and external clients to deliver creative solutions aligned with brand standards and project goals. The ideal candidate will have foundational skills in Adobe Suite and WordPress website management, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities Of The Graphic Designer
  • Assist staff designers by incorporating edits and revisions into existing deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Create customized communication materials for external clients, leveraging established client templates and working under the oversight and direction of the client design lead.
  • Prepare a variety of high-quality, creative deliverables for internal Associates, following established design best practices and procedures.
  • Develop initial draft guides by leveraging AI tools, including uploading and validating official plan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Update and maintain WordPress websites to ensure they are current and functional.
  • Build and design WordPress websites tailored to client specifications, using themes like Avada and Divi.
  • Communicate project status and deadlines to supervisor; attend team and department meetings.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Manage multiple WordPress projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success.
Required Experience/Skills For The Graphic Designer
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in updating and building WordPress websites.
  • Familiarity with WordPress themes such as Avada and Divi.
  • Ability to manage multiple WordPress projects simultaneously.
