Job description

Location: Connecticut/Hybrid (Preferred); Remote (Considered)

About the role

Sixfold is a fast-growing marketing and creative agency built to serve some of the most innovative companies in healthcare, benefits, pharmacy, regulatory, and health technology. We partner with venture-backed startups, healthcare platforms, and industry leaders to turn complex products and services into clear, compelling, high-growth brands.

We're looking for a senior designer who can own projects end-to-end - from concept to delivery - and bring both creative instinct and strategic thinking. You'll work directly with our Creative Director on brand, web, campaigns, print, and client deliverables across the full design spectrum. We're looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for great design-someone who loves collaborating, contributes big ideas, embraces feedback, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to tackle whatever the project needs to deliver exceptional work.

What you'll do

Lead brand development: visual identity, design systems, and brand standards

Design across digital and print - websites, social, email, ads, sales materials, presentations, and long-form marketing collateral

Translate complex healthcare narratives into clean, compelling visuals

Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints

Present concepts to clients with clarity and confidence

Create polished PowerPoint presentations, sales enablement materials, sell sheets, brochures, and proposal documents that simplify complex concepts
