Responsibilities

Related Companies is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications team, with a primary focus on supporting Commercial Office and Retail projects. In this role, you'll help bring our brand to life across a wide range of printed and digital materials, working closely with senior team members and stakeholders across the company, including in the Commercial Office, Retail, and Development teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands communicating with both B2B and B2C audiences. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strong multi-tasker who can take direction while also bringing original ideas to the table.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Design pitch presentations, proposals, one-sheeters, and other marketing materials and collateral for internal business partners and external clients
  • Maintain and apply clear and consistent brand guidelines across all deliverables
  • Cultivate key relationships and partner with senior designers, marketing, communications and development leaders to refine concepts and materials through feedback and revisions
  • Prepare final files for production and help manage execution
  • Support marketing activations and brand experience at internal and external events

Qualifications

You’ll need to have:

  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Strong self-starter with excellent time management skills and comfort juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including confidence with working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Figma preferred
  • Experience designing for print and digital formats, with multidisciplinary brand experiential work a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
  • A portfolio showcasing range across presentations, marketing collateral, and advertising
  • Familiarity with real estate, retail or hospitality industry preferred but not required

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Anticipated base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
