•     8–12 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Golang, Java, or Python
•    Proven experience designing and building enterprise grade RESTful APIs and microservices
•    Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and system performance
•    Hands on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
•    Experience working in cloud native and containerized environments
•    Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

Good to have:
•    Experience in high scale or mission critical enterprise platforms
•    Exposure to event driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming platforms
•    Prior experience in technical leadership, solution design, or architecture reviews
