RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Full Stack Java Developer to join their development team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience building web applications using Java, Python, and modern front-end technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle while collaborating with senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications
* Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Python
* Develop responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
* Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
* Work closely with QA, DevOps, business analysts, and product owners
* Create technical documentation and support application deployments
* Continuously learn new technologies and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1-3 years of software development experience
* Strong programming skills in Java
* Experience developing applications with Python
* Experience with Spring Boot
* Experience building REST APIs
* Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
