Junior Full Stack Developer

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on exposure to front-end and back-end development, database design, modern AI/LLM technologies, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), along with a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is comfortable working across both Linux and Windows Server environments and is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services using Java and Python.

Build and maintain front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) alongside back-end APIs and services.

Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end components.

Support the integration and fine-tuning of AI/LLM-based features into existing and new applications.

Build and maintain RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows to automate repetitive business processes.

Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB), ensuring data integrity and performance.

Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to implement clean, user-friendly UI/UX.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps automation.

Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.

Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews and pull requests.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional team meetings.

Document technical processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Working knowledge of Java and Python programming languages.

Basic front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue is a plus).

Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Foundational understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.

Understanding of relational databases (RDB), including SQL and schema design.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.

Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD, containerization).

Experience with or exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools (e.g., Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).

Experience with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server operating environments.

Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.

Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
