·                     Design and develop optical solutions for new lighting applications utilizing ASAP and LUCIDSHAPES software

·                     Innovate and implement new solutions and technologies to enhance the overall functional performance of existing products

·                     Drive designs from prototype builds through validation testing of components and systems to full certification stages

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in optical engineering design
