Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-level web applications and public-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development, CMS-driven applications, Microsoft technologies, and modern web development practices.

This role requires a self-motivated professional who can collaborate effectively within Agile teams while also working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications and public-facing websites
  • Build and support CMS-driven applications and content workflows
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Microsoft .NET technologies
  • Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET technologies
  • Experience developing and maintaining public-facing websites
  • Hands-on experience with CMS development, customization, deployment, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries
  • Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design/development
  • Experience with Entity Framework and/or Entity Framework Core
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization implementations
  • Experience with Git and/or TFS source control systems
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies including Unit, Smoke, Regression, System, and Integration Testing
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and deployment automation
  • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
