Lead React Native Developer

Location: Boca Raton, FL or Bethesda, MD (5 days onsite) Rate: 65-75/hr C2C Strong LinkedIn: Minimum 2022 Linkedin should be there. Notes:

  • Looking for a Lead React Native Developer with 2-5 years of experience leading development team
  • Should have 5 plus years experience with React Native.
  • Must have worked on E-commerce applications and ideally retail industry clients
  • Lead the development and updating of shared component libraries to enable rapid iteration and consistent development practices.
  • Mentor and coach senior, mid-level and junior developers, fostering a sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Lead code reviews and automated testing efforts, ensuring code quality and meeting coverage targets.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3, React Native, Redux, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
  • Candidates should have apps in production and be able to discuss their deployment processes confidently.

Design, develop, test, release, and scale new and existing consumer product features and mobile architecture Experience working with design teams on modern user interfaces Conduct Quality assurance on all new code alongside others Mentor Junior app developers Build dynamic, low latency, responsive, and real-time user interfaces

Education and Experience Qualifications 4-Year Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience developing React Native, or a combination of Android or IOS mobile software applications 6+ years of experience developing with leading front-end frameworks such as Angular/React/React Native 6+ years of experience delivering scalable and resilient applications at large enterprise scale
