In an entry-level full stack developer role, you may help build an SQL database, a JavaScript application, or a PHP database on a server. Your qualifications should include a general knowledge of every level of software development as well as one or more common programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Python, and SQL.

To thrive as an Entry Level Full Stack Developer, you need proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java) technologies, supported by a relevant degree or coding bootcamp experience. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control systems like Git, and frameworks such as React or Express is typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help you work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements. These skills and tools are vital for building, maintaining, and improving dynamic web applications in fast-paced development environments.

Job description

Explicitly requires vibe coding and daily use of AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to prototype and ship features quickly.

About the Role

AI-first Full-Stack Developer to build merchant-facing features end-to-end using Laravel (PHP 8+) and Vue 3, leveraging AI agents and AI-native workflows to prototype, ship, and maintain high-impact e-commerce tools. Hybrid role based in West Palm Beach requiring at least three days in-office per week.

Job Description Role

We are hiring an AI-first Full Stack Developer to ship end-to-end merchant-facing features using Laravel (PHP 8+) on the backend and Vue 3 on the frontend. The role emphasizes AI-native workflows, rapid prototyping (vibe coding), and integrating AI agents and coding assistants into daily development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ship full-stack features from Laravel APIs to Vue 3 UIs using AI as the default workflow.
  • Build merchant-facing tools that leverage AI to generate creative assets, automate workflows, and solve e-commerce problems.
  • Prototype quickly, validate with users, and iterate (vibe coding / speed over perfection).
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI coding agents, testing frameworks, and generation tools for the team.
  • Own quality for AI-generated code by establishing review practices, testing standards, and guardrails.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to turn ideas into shipped features.
Requirements
  • Daily, demonstrated use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, or similar) for shipping production code.
  • Full-stack experience with Laravel and a modern JS framework (Vue preferred; React acceptable).
  • Comfortable designing REST APIs, working with relational databases, and managing frontend state.
  • Experience reviewing and improving both human-written and AI-generated code.
  • Strong curiosity about AI-driven development and staying current with new tools and workflows.
  • Build: Laravel Mix, Webpack
  • AI Tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, AI testing frameworks
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CI/CD
Nice to Have
  • Experience building AI-powered features (generative content, recommendation engines, automation tools).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Clickfunnels) and fulfillment systems.
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production applications.
  • Experience with queue systems, event-driven architecture, or background job processing in Laravel.
Location & Work Setup

Hybrid role based in West Palm Beach. Candidates must be able to be in the office at least three days per week.

Flexible PTO, career development and growth opportunities, a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and the chance to work on AI-powered product features that ship to real merchants.
