Security Clearance: * Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation of annual budgets. * Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. * Enter financial data into government approved systems for obligation and procurement such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or Standard Procurement System. * Support Senior Financial Analyst in the development and issuance of formal financial policies and directives, and various analysis as directed. Experiences: * Experience with Navy Financial Systems including but not limited to: Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA) and NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) is preferred. * 1-4 years of experience supporting a Navy Program. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or another related field.
