About the Role

The Junior Financial Analyst is an integral part of Latham's Revenue & Financial Analysis team. This role will be responsible for applying financial, analytical, and business support for firm management. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Develops analysis and responds to various requests by applying financial and analytical skills
  • Supporting experienced analysts in completing analytical and reporting tasks for origination requests as requested
  • Retrieves and reports financial balance information pertaining to client audits
  • Assists the team with creating and maintaining report and workflow documentation
  • Completes special projects on various issues as directed by management 
  • Promotes effective work practices, works as a team member, and shows respect for co-workers
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
