Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to support the Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business insights. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify trends, and help support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and Excel skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of financial reports, analyses, and presentations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and supporting schedules. Assist with month-end reporting and variance analysis. Maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools. Track key financial and business performance metrics. Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data. Research and explain variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts. Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects. Support the preparation of management presentations and business reviews. Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and properly documented. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 0–2 years of relevant financial analysis, finance, accounting, or internship experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic financial modeling. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and communicate findings clearly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
