We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Budget Analyst- Junior to Senior- Secret Cleared. This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.
Job Description and Responsibilities: Budget Analyst supports Comptroller Department and Fleet Support Teams with budget formulation, execution, and financial reporting.
- Monitor, reconcile, and report on budget obligations and expenditures.
- Support development of financial forecasts and spend plans.
- Prepare budget documentation and metrics for leadership review.
- Maintain financial data in Navy ERP and local business tools.
- Support planning, programming, and financial reporting for multiple fund types (O&MN, APN, WCF, FMS).
Basic Requirements: A Junior has 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or budget support. A Journeyman has 6+ years of federal budgeting or financial management experience. A senior has 10+ years of federal financial management or DoD budget experience.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)
Telework and Travel: On- Site. <5% Travel
Contract: This position is pending a contract award.
