Job description

Are you a recent grad with a head for numbers and a heart for growth? HudMed is entering an explosive period of expansion, and we’re looking for a Junior Finance Assistant who doesn't just want a job, but a career launchpad.

In this role, you won’t just be "crunching numbers" in a corner. You will be the right hand to our COO, gaining an inner-circle view of how a company scales. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to prove yourself, we want to invest in your development.



Key Responsibilities

  • The Engine Room (AP/AR): Own the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows. You’ll ensure vendors are paid on time and keep our cash flow healthy by managing incoming payments.
  • QuickBooks Mastery: Maintain accurate, up-to-the-minute financial records. You’ll be our internal expert on keeping the books clean and organized.
  • Executive Support: Assist the COO with financial reporting, data analysis, and special projects that drive HudMed’s strategic goals.
  • Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and suggest ways to make our financial processes faster and smarter.
