Job description

R&P is looking for an effective, motivated individual to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. The Junior Developer will support the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise business applications. This includes building and maintaining line-of-business application, automating business processes, and contributing to the organization's technology platform portfolio.


  • Develop and maintain business applications, including both front-end interfaces and back-end data components.
  • Build and modify database tables, fields, relationships, and views to support application requirements.
  • Create and troubleshoot automated workflows and integrations between enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom UI components, scripts, and form customizations as needed.
  • Support application lifecycle management including version control, environment packaging, and deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation per team standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and supporting end-user requests as escalated from the service desk.

  • 1-3 years of experience in application development, preferably with low-code/no-code platforms, or enterprise business application frameworks.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and relational database concepts.
  • Exposure to version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
  • Relevant platform certifications preferred.
  • Experience in government or enterprise IT environments is a plus.
  • Must possess a US SECRET clearance.
