Cochran is a growing civil engineering firm with 7 Missouri offices, offering services in construction administration, materials testing, architectural and geotechnical engineering, and land surveying. Serving both public and private sectors, Cochran's expertise spans municipal, commercial, residential, transportation, water/wastewater, site development, retail, planning, and interior design. Cochran's Ozark, Missouri location, is looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead engineering projects from planning and design through construction
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design plans, and specifications
- Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
- Conduct field investigations and site visits as needed
- Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff
- Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and contractor inquiries during construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- EIT certification required
