Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our IT team. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet service level expectations while supporting our Microsoft and business application environments. This is an in-office position located in Kissimmee, Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress, Wix, Duda, Hubspot, CINC, and Frontsteps, .
  • Create responsive, user-friendly webpages that provide an exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Customize themes, templates, plugins, and page layouts.
  • Build landing pages and marketing content in collaboration with the Operation teams and occasionally the marketing teams
  • Perform website updates, content changes, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and security.
  • Troubleshoot website issues, broken functionality, and plugin conflicts.
  • Perform website backups, testing, and software updates.
  • Integrate websites with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other third-party platforms.
  • Assist with web integrations involving HOA management platforms including Vantaca, Caliber, Frontsteps, and CINC Systems.
  • Support online forms, customer portals, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Manage domain registrations, DNS records, and SSL certificates.
  • Respond to website support requests in a timely manner while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide project updates.
  • Document website configurations, processes, and technical changes.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, security best practices, and design trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 1–2 years of WordPress and/or Wix experience
  • HTML5

  • Basic JavaScript
  • Experience with Elementor or Gutenberg
