Preferred Additional Skills: * Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams. * Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS). * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. * Experience with signal processing, control systems, or wireless communication. * Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for testing and automation. * Experience with continuous integration deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
