Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.
  • Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
