Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer to lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations, design scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in architecture review boards by presenting and defending technical designs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of driving delivery independently while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and enterprise standards.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, UI Policies, ACLs, Catalog Items, and integrations.
  • Lead technical solution design, prepare HLD/LLD documents, and support architecture governance processes.
  • Participate in Architecture Review Boards and confidently defend technical designs and implementation approaches.
  • Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and enterprise applications.
  • Perform code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor junior developers and support capability building within the team.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned to business objectives.

Required Technical Skills

·       8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong expertise in:

o  ITSM Suite, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub

o  CMDB, Knowledge Management

o  JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow Scripting

o  REST/SOAP integrations

o  ServiceNow platform security and performance optimization

·       Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.

·       Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and scalable solution design.
