Job Description

Preferred
At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications
At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related)
At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services),
At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis
URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools
At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage)
Team player who can work with diverse stakeholders (like business owners/ITS) groups and independently with less supervision and direction
Capable of setting up performance related processes/guidelines including onboarding technology teams to these processes/guidelines.

Qualifications

Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Java technologies
