Job description

The Junior Accountant is responsible for posting journal entries, recording, updating, and maintaining documentation. You must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and be able to work well in a team setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support in maintaining bank and loan accounts and ensure reconciliations to ensure completion
  • Keep Fixed Asset Register for Capital and Revenue Producing Properties (RPP) up to date
  • Perform capitalization of under construction RPP on issuance of building permit
  • Maintain a database of the Yardi based reports and analyze for any errors or anomalies
  • Assist in updating project management in BuildBase
  • Assist develop and maintain process manual

Performs other related duties as assigned.
