Job description

Title – Back End Developer

Location – Houston, TX (onsite only)

Experience – 5 to 7 years relevant experience


Contract duration – 6 months (might be extended based on performance)


Role Overview Backend Developers build the software and data platforms used by geoscientists, drilling engineers, reservoir engineers, and production teams. The focus is on scalable cloud applications, APIs, microservices, and enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services.

• Build REST APIs and microservices.

• Develop cloud-native applications.

• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.

• Own features through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance.

• Implement secure coding practices.
