Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, configure, maintain, and optimize organizational databases to ensure integrity, availability, and security.
  • Oversee user access, enforce data privacy policies, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and automate scheduled database tasks.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and electronic storage solutions for records retention.
  • Support a training and development environment for testing and backup purposes.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess data needs and implement effective database solutions.
  • Document and maintain system policies, procedures, access controls, and training resources.
  • Assign database training as needed.
  • Respond to database-related support requests and assist with other network or system tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and related programming languages for data querying and management.
  • Experience in data modeling and database design.
  • 3-5 years of system development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems required; familiarity with Global Shop Solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience with DCAA and DCMA audits is a plus.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
