Job description

We are seeking two Litigation Associates to join a growing litigation practice in Greenville, South Carolina. The attorneys will handle a diverse range of matters, including medical malpractice, commercial litigation, and general litigation. We are considering candidates at both the 0-2 year and 2-6 year experience levels.
Responsibilities

  • Handle medical malpractice, commercial, and general litigation matters.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and other legal documents.

  • Assist with case strategy and litigation preparation.

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as experience allows.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.

  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
