Job Title: Junior Litigation Associate (Eviction / Landlord-Tenant)

  • Courtroom Advocacy: Regularly appear in court representing clients in bench trials, eviction proceedings, motions, and rule to show cause hearings.

  • Client Counseling: Advise property managers, real estate investors, and corporate landlords on statutory compliance, lease agreements, and risk mitigation.
