OVERVIEW
iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in house lab development and demos, and one or more federal contracts. The Technical Architect will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. iTech AG is looking for a developer with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission and iTech AG by modernizing and automating various customer processes. Additionally, iTech AG is looking for an architect who can support growth through consulting services including: business capture, customer demos, and proposal activities including orals as a subject matter expert, technologist, and proposal content creator with a focus on ServiceNow and IT modernization solutions.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Demos and Sales Growth - Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced POCs to showcase unique solution differentiators. Engages in direct discussions with decision-makers during demo calls.
  • Support Documentation of Solutions - Translate prototypes into high quality, well written responses and demos throughout business development, capture, proposal, and delivery lifecycles. Drives demo strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Design & Deliver Implementations - Manages implementation roadmaps, aligns business needs with technical execution, and ensures project success. Provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise for various projects and clients and internal presales and demos. Support technical deliverables including architecture and design documents.
  • Deliver Great Customer Outcomes and Service - Manages key customer relationships, aligns service delivery with business objectives, and mitigates risks. Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture. Shapes customer innovation strategy, ensures process excellence. Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing transformative solutions.
  • Manage People & Work as a Team - Mentors junior team members in demo preparation and execution. Ensures team productivity, supports professional development, and drives team excellence.
  • iTech Alignment to Culture & Company - Influences company culture, aligns business units with corporate strategy, and mentors emerging leaders.  
  • Support Marketing & Differentiators - Shapes marketing strategies, aligns branding with corporate objectives, and supports business development. The proven ability to write, review, and craft proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows, disciplines, modules, or requirements.         
  • Align with Industry on Certifications - Shapes compliance strategy, ensures regulatory alignment with solutions for our key customers and offerings. Utilizes methodologies guided by industry best practices like ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI and leverage technologies like cloud, DevOps, and AI.
  • Standards, & Best Practices - Shapes internal knowledge-sharing strategies, aligns with corporate learning objectives and Centers of Excellence knowledge sharing. Drives the documentation strategy, aligns technical writing with industry best practices, and mentors junior team members in knowledge management.

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Hands on experience building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions with Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM/EAM implementations, as a Architect.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation, and consulting new customers to ServiceNow on the Art of the Possible
  • Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications including delivery services USPS, UPS, FedEx.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions either Built On or Built with offerings on the platform is preferred.
  • A working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR, contracting vehicles, and the nuances is preferred.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CSA, CAD, at least 4 CIS certifications, and Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • 5+ years’ experience in the IT industry with 3+ years’ experience in the ServiceNow platform.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust
