Salary: $55,000-65,000

Overview:


Pherson is seeking a Certification Test Proctor Junior to ensure certification exams are administered in a secure, standardized, and compliant testing environment. This role manages testing procedures, protocols, and tools while ensuring adherence to accreditation standards and applicable regulations, including ADA requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date of August 1st, 2026.

Job Title: Certification Test Proctor - Junior

LCAT: Business Analyst Level 2

Location: Springfield, VA

Operating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates onsite work with standard work hours, Monday-Friday

Security Clearance:TS/SCI required w/ eligibility for a CI Poly

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $55,000-65,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure testing is delivered in an approved, proctored environment, using standardized procedures and in compliance with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990).
  • Develop and document the process for, manage and administer, procedures to manage the certification tests, tools, and protocols.


Qualifications:


Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and at least 12 months of demonstrated experience working in the arena of applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and chapter 126 of title 42, United States Code (also known as The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
    • Bachelors degree can be substituted with an associates degree and three (3) year of experience, or a high school diploma and 5 years of experience.
