About the Role: Elite Branding is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our account management team by fostering client relationships, assisting with project coordination, and helping to deliver branding solutions that exceed client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in account management and develop strong client-service skills. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Support the account management team with project coordination, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Conduct market research to keep clients informed of industry trends and insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
