Senior Front-End Developer
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (Onsite)
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Required
Position Overview
Booker DiMaio is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to support a mission-critical Federal Intelligence Community program. This position is responsible for designing and developing secure, responsive, and intuitive web applications that enable mission-critical operations within a highly classified environment.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience building modern user interfaces, developing interactive data visualizations, and creating responsive web applications using today's leading front-end technologies. This individual will work closely with back-end developers and other engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications while helping mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop modern, responsive, and secure web-based user interfaces.
  • Build interactive dashboards and data visualization components to support mission-critical operations.
  • Develop responsive web applications optimized for desktop and field users.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control interfaces.
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct usability testing and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
  • Ensure applications meet security standards, accessibility requirements, and front-end development best practices while mentoring junior developers.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.

  • Experience working with data visualization libraries and developing interactive dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of web application security and secure front-end development practices.
  • Experience developing applications within secure or highly regulated environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or Department of Defense programs.
