Senior Business Applications Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Business Applications Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of business application solutions that help clients improve efficiency and achieve their strategic goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and business process analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

  • Provide guidance on business process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and solution strategy.

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, end-user training, and user adoption activities.

  • Support data migration, system integrations, testing, deployments, and post-implementation support.

  • Recommend best practices for governance, security, system optimization, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Mentor junior consultants, share technical knowledge, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise business applications.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and business process analysis.

  • Experience with solution design, stakeholder management, and project leadership.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Microsoft certifications and experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, APIs, or Dataverse are preferred.
