4. IVR Call flow design, Intent model design
5. Technical Leadership & Ownership
a. SAFe / Agile Delivery Experience
b. Reporting & Analytics
c. DevOps & CI/CD Awareness
Design & Develop clear, intuitive, and customer friendly IVR call flows
Work closely with Product Owners, provide technical directions to team
Mentor junior developers
Support testers (e.g., Cyara teams) with flow clarity and edge cases
Support post production incidents and root cause analysis
Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver top notch code
Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
