Job Description Summary
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using Java and Selenium.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure CI/CD integration and "Push-on-Green" release quality.
  • Execute testing in Agile environments, ensuring coverage and quality across sprints.
  • Perform root cause analysis for complex bugs and drive continuous improvement in test automation practices.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and enforce automation best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles.
  • 5+ years of strong programming experience in Java-based automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Selenium, TestNG, and experience with Appium (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid exposure to mobile and web application testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and guide teams on automation strategies.
